I visited two times here. This open air bath is too small. At a time may be four people can bath. There is no shampoo or body wash gel. There is only one shower. The view from the bath is excellent. It costs 600yen for bath and 150 yen for towel. Unique experience.
Beautiful bath at the top of a cliff. It's small, so not talking with others would be weird. It has a nice view and many times it is empty, but there are many touristic ships passing by, so you might feel observed lol Still, very recommended. The ticket is 600 yen.
Very beautiful seaside park, someone fishing on a cliff, like a movie. The unlucky thing was the open air bath was closed and only can look outside.
Open air Onsen with spectacle view!
seeing sunset with naked is pretty cool and set my mind very refreshed.
I visited there in summer but I will be worth to visit there. Water temperature is pretty hot.
One of my best outdoor onsen experiences. Really simple but totally worth it.
Wanna go
We always love stopping here while traveling around the Izu. It's tucked away in a small fishing community which makes it's very quite and quaint. It's rare that there are more than two people on either side and mist people only stay 5-10 minutes. It's perfect during or after the rain as the temperature can sometime be very hot. Bring your own items for bathing and drying.
I visited on a sunny but windy day in mid-November.
I parked in the free parking lot (approx. 10 cars could be parked) and purchased a ticket for 600 yen for adults at the office.
From the parking lot, climb the steep stairs on the quay at the edge of the coast to reach the hot springs.
We arrived at the changing room in about 3 minutes as we trudged along the stairs that only one adult could pass while being fanned by the strong wind.
The men's changing room is large enough to accommodate four adults. There are 6 large 100 yen coin lockers.
Of course there are no hair dryers.
The open-air bath is about 4 tatami mats in size. The temperature is appropriate.
The view is spectacular! Coupled with the roaring sea breeze, it gives you a special feeling that can only be experienced here.
There were people who climbed the stairs and headed to the hot springs without buying a ticket, but the person at the ticket counter seemed to have noticed. Is there a camera somewhere?
